2020 LA ROYALE LAMBIC (5%) (750ML) A collaboration brew between Emmanuel Kemiji of Miura Vineyards and Head Brewer Kerry McGinnis, this unique lambic beer is aged for one year in Pinot Noir Barrels and uses wild yeasts commonly seen in wine. Bright and dry with a mild sweetness that comes from the use of black currants, this is truly an artisanal ale with a rich, dark fruit complexity.
