Big Swamp Stout
(Oatmeal Stout) Full of coffee and chocolate notes, this stout is a little dryer than most. Along with the lower ABV, you can have a few without feeling you’ve been drinking stout all night.
Hay Shed Saisson
(Peppercorn Saison) You will notice the subtle spicy notes from the peppercorn and the golden amber color from the red wheat we use. This is a great beer to have any season.
(Imperial IPA) Some say East Cost, others say West Cost. All we can say is this “Third Cost” Imperial IPA is full of Columbus hops but well balanced with the malts we use. We also add a little Rye to the mash to give off a slight spicy characteristic.
(Hefeweizen) This is our version of a traditional German Hefe. Try it, we know you will love it.
(Sweet Potato Brown Ale) This brown ale is strait from the South. We load our mash with sweet potatoes to give this beer a sweet earthy characteristic that you haven’t had before.
(Scottish Ale) With peat smoked malts from Scotland and a high gravity of 10% ABV, this complex beer has notes of smoke, candy sugar, and dried fruits.
Long Pine Ale Pale
Long pine is a traditional American pale ale using all aroma hops to give it a crisp, low bitter, citrus profile
Lakeside Cider is a semi-sweet English style cider.
